Regular consumers do not have access to most of our brothers & sisters, so we want to pass over the opportunity of come in hand with real magickal art to you.
We want to give you as much value as possible, and some of our products are on backorder. Therefore shipped directly from our global partners.
Processing of orders will be within 3-5 business days depending on availability.
Depending on whether the purchased magickal item is shipped from, the Lead-time is pending between 8-21 business days for items shipping to US.
Lead time is 12-30 business days for items to be shipped to International countries. In this matter, please see the shipping time information to each product in your shopping cart and checkout page.
Please also note, that the shipping time does not include time to create items on backorder. For that reason, please see the “Ready for Dispatch” Information available on the product pages at every eligeble item.
Once our global partners provide us the tracking numbers, we will provide them upon request. Hence, please note not all items have tracking numbers, yet, your purchase is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Please let us know if you do not receive your item(s) from us within the time-frame mentioned and we will take prompt care of you.

- We ship from different sweat-free factories and master craftsman all around the world. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately if you order more than one item.

- Please note, that we do not take responsibility whether some offered items in our shop may get in conflict with the laws of the country you life in. So please inform yourself about the legality of the purchased item in your country, not to get in any trouble.
- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
- If you need an item to a certain date, we in some cases can arrange a specific date and timeframe the items will arive coming with an extra cost. In this case, please let us know, and we will provide you with all further information.
- IT’S BEEN OVER 5+ WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT’S TO DO?
- Please contact us and our helpful support staff will promptly take care whether it’s a refund or a replacement.
- I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
- We ship from different parts of the world so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
- WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?
- Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
- FREE JUST PAY SHIPPING ITEMS. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
- For Free (Just Pay Shipping) items, since the customer is paying for the shipping costs and not the cost of the item, there will not be a full refund. But since Customer Satisfaction is important to us, we offer store credit once the items(s) have been returned to us. Please contact us for Return Address.
- WHAT IS YOUR STORE’S RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

- I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG! CAN YOU PLEASE CHANGE IT?
- Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.
- I ACCIDENTALLY REQUESTED MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:
- Please note, for orders shipped to the wrong address due to an inputting error when the order was placed and for missed parcels, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be very careful when entering the shipping address.
We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery.
NOTE: Shipping times may be longer for certain countries such as Mexico and Brazil.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. - The customer refuses to accept the package
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
